Background
Engaging Borders Strategy Research and Development (SRD) Gte. is implementing the Delimi PROSPER Project with support from the Strengthening Peace and Resilience in Nigeria (SPRiNG) Programme. The project promotes youth-led peacebuilding, environmental resilience, civic participation, and constructive dialogue in communities across Plateau and Kaduna States.
As part of the project’s No-Cost Extension (NCE) period, Engaging Borders SRD seeks qualified vendors and service providers to support the finalisation, adaptation, dissemination, and public accessibility of project-generated multimedia products.
The assignment forms part of the project’s efforts to consolidate learning, preserve project knowledge products, and ensure wider public access to project findings, stories, and recommendations.
Purpose of this Call
Engaging Borders SRD hereby invites qualified firms, media organisations, production teams, and independent consultants to submit proposals for the provision of multimedia post-production, translation, accessibility adaptation, and dissemination support services.
The selected vendor(s) will support the completion and distribution of project multimedia products generated during implementation and close-out activities.
Scope of Services
The selected vendor(s) may be engaged for one or more of the following service categories:
Lot 1: Multimedia Post-Production Services
Services shall include:
- Editing and refinement of project video content
- Audio enhancement and mastering
- Integration of graphics, titles, and project branding
- Colour correction and quality optimisation
- Preparation of final dissemination-ready versions
- Export of content in multiple digital formats
Lot 2: Translation and Subtitling Services
Services shall include:
- Hausa language translation of approved multimedia content
- Development of English and Hausa subtitles
- Synchronisation and quality assurance of subtitles
- Review of translated content for accuracy and consistency
- Delivery of publication-ready multimedia files
Lot 3: Accessibility Adaptation Services
Services shall include:
- Closed-caption preparation
- Accessibility enhancements for persons with hearing impairments
- Readability and usability improvements
- Quality assurance review of accessibility features
- Delivery of accessible dissemination versions
Lot 4: Digital Dissemination and Promotion Support
Services shall include:
- Preparation of multimedia assets for digital dissemination
- Upload and hosting support on approved digital platforms
- Development of dissemination graphics and promotional materials
- Social media optimisation and formatting
- Distribution support for approved communication channels
Expected Deliverables
Depending on the lot(s) applied for, vendors will be expected to deliver:
Multimedia Post-Production
- Final edited multimedia products
- High-resolution master files
- Web-ready dissemination versions
- Editable project files where applicable
Translation and Subtitling
- Hausa-translated multimedia products
- English and Hausa subtitle files
- Quality-assured dissemination-ready outputs
Accessibility Adaptation
- Captioned multimedia files
- Accessible viewing formats
- Accessibility compliance checklist
Dissemination Support
- Hosted and published multimedia content (where applicable)
- Dissemination graphics and promotional materials
- Distribution summary and analytics report where available
Duration
All services are expected to be completed within the implementation schedule of the Delimi PROSPER Project No-Cost Extension period.
Vendors must demonstrate the capacity to deliver high-quality outputs within compressed timelines.
Eligibility Requirements
Interested vendors must submit:
- Company profile or consultant profile.
- Evidence of relevant experience in media production, post-production, translation, accessibility adaptation, or digital communications.
- Portfolio of similar assignments completed within the last three years.
- Proposed methodology and work plan.
- Financial quotation for the applicable service lot(s).
- Evidence of business registration (where applicable).
- At least two references from previous clients.
