Background
Engaging Borders SRD is implementing the Delimi PROSPER Project with support from the SPRiNG Programme and the Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD). The project promotes peacebuilding, civic learning, and environmental resilience through youth-focused digital engagement, storytelling, and community advocacy in Plateau and Kaduna States.
To strengthen project visibility, learning dissemination, and public engagement, Engaging Borders SRD hereby invites qualified vendors, firms, and independent consultants to submit proposals for the following media and communications services to be delivered between November and December 2025.
Services Required
Deliverables & Timeline
All services under this Call for Vendors shall be delivered over a two-month period (November – December 2025). The quantity-based deliverables are structured as follows:
Month 1 – November 2025 (Primary Content Creation)
- Graphic Designs & Animations: 100 creative assets (static and animated)
- Short Videos: 35 short-form videos
- Blog & Article Content: 35 original articles/blog posts
These outputs will focus on intensive visibility, campaign launch messaging, youth storytelling, and strategic public engagement for the Delimi PROSPER Project.
Month 2 – December 2025 (Secondary Content Creation)
- Graphic Designs & Animations: 50 creative assets (static and animated)
- Short Videos: 15 short-form videos
- Blog & Article Content: 15 original articles/blog posts
The vendor(s) must demonstrate capacity to deliver high-volume, time-sensitive content while maintaining quality, coherence, and alignment with project messaging.
2.3.3 Fees – Graphic Design & Animations
Design and development of high-quality visual content, including:
- Campaign graphics for youth peacebuilding narratives
- Infographics for social and digital platforms
- Motion graphics and animations for advocacy messaging
- Visual assets for MOOC and workshop promotions
2.3.4 Fees – Short-Video Production
Production of short-form videos to support awareness and engagement, including:
- Concept development and scripting
- Filming and editing (documentary-style, testimonial, or explainer formats)
- Subtitling and optimisation for social media dissemination
- Final delivery in multiple digital formats
2.3.5 Fees – Blog & Article Content
Development of written communication materials, including:
- Blog posts highlighting project activities and youth voices
- Articles on peacebuilding, conflict prevention, and civic engagement
- Feature stories, interviews, and reflective pieces for the Delimi platform
2.3.6 Expenses – Multilingual Translation & Accessibility
Provision of translation and accessibility services, including:
- Translation of content into relevant local languages
- Subtitling and transcription for video materials
- Accessibility adaptations for persons with disabilities (PWDs)
- Proofreading and quality assurance of translated materials
Vendor Requirements
Interested vendors must submit the following:
- Company or consultant profile
- Evidence of relevant experience in media, communications, or digital advocacy
- Financial quotation or budget breakdown per service category
Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be assessed based on
- Technical quality and creative approach
- Cost-effectiveness and value for money
- Timely delivery and responsiveness
