Background

Engaging Borders SRD is implementing the Delimi PROSPER Project with support from the SPRiNG Programme and the Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD). The project promotes peacebuilding, civic learning, and environmental resilience through youth-focused dialogue, storytelling, and community advocacy in Plateau and Kaduna States.

As part of its community engagement and conflict-prevention strategy, the project will convene two Peace Public Square (PPS) events. The PPS is a structured, inclusive civic dialogue space designed to bring together young people, community leaders, creatives, and stakeholders to engage constructively on issues of environmental pressure, resource governance, identity, and peaceful coexistence.

Scope of Services Required

The selected vendor(s) will support the end-to-end delivery of two Peace Public Square events to be held in Jos, Plateau State, and Kaduna, Kaduna State, to be implemented in December 2025.

Services

• Pre-event planning and logistics coordination
• Venue setup, seating, and basic technical support
• Refreshments for attendees
• Facilitation and programme flow support
• Participant coordination and on-site support
• Documentation (photography and short video)
• Inclusion, accessibility, and safeguarding support

Deliverables

• Successful delivery of two Peace Public Square events
• Event setup and logistical coordination
• Photo and short-video documentation
• Attendance records and brief event reports
• Submission of all documentation and materials to Engaging Borders SRD

Vendor Requirements

Vendors may apply for both events, provided they have verifiable delivery capacity.

Interested vendors must submit:

1. Company or consultant profile
2. Evidence of relevant experience in community engagement, facilitation, or event management
3. Proposed approach to inclusive and conflict-sensitive dialogue events
4. Financial quotation or budget breakdown aligned with the scope of services

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be assessed based on:

• Technical quality and production approach
• Relevant experience
• Cost-effectiveness and value for money
• Ability to deliver within the required timeframe
• Responsiveness and communication clarity

Selection is subject to donor compliance and availability of funds.
