Background
Engaging Borders SRD is implementing the Delimi PROSPER Project with support from the SPRiNG Programme and the Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD).
The project delivers peacebuilding and civic learning interventions through MOOC-style courses, workshops, and community-based engagements in Plateau and Kaduna States.
To support implementation activities scheduled between August and October 2025, Engaging Borders SRD invites qualified vendors, firms, and independent consultants to submit proposals for the following integrated services.

| 2 | Participant Recruitment & Verification | Recruitment of youth participants for Community Peacebuilding Workshops across 10 LGAs in Kaduna and Plateau States, ensuring gender and PWD inclusion targets. | Aug 2025 |
| 3 | Onboarding Workshops & Facilitation | Organisation of two (2) onboarding workshops for 60 participants each in Kaduna and Plateau, including logistics, facilitation support, and post-event reporting. | Sep 2025 |
| 4 | Multimedia Post-Production & Testing | Editing, packaging, and quality testing of 15 digital course modules for the Delimi PROSPER MOOC. | Sep–Oct 2025 |
Requirements
Interested vendors must provide the following:
- Company profile.
- Evidence of relevant experience in curriculum design, multimedia production, training, or community mobilization.
- Portfolio or evidence of similar work.
Evaluation Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated based on:
- Technical quality and methodology – 40%
- Experience and track record – 30%
- Cost-effectiveness – 20%
- Timely delivery – 10%

The deadline for submission is 5:00 p.m. on 22 August 2025.
