Background
Engaging Borders SRD is implementing the Delimi PROSPER Project with support from the SPRiNG Programme and the Centre for Democracy and Development (CDD). The project promotes non-kinetic peacebuilding, civic learning, and environmental resilience through youth-led digital engagement and evidence-based policy advocacy in Plateau and Kaduna States.

As part of our Policy Engagement and Knowledge Uptake activity, the project will convene two executive roundtables—one in Plateau State and one in Kaduna State—bringing together policymakers, security actors, civil society organisations, and media stakeholders to engage with youth-informed, evidence-based approaches to resource-related conflict.

Scope of Services Required
The selected vendor(s) will support the end-to-end delivery of one (1) executive roundtable in either Plateau State or Kaduna State. Vendors may apply for one or both locations, subject to demonstrated capacity.

Key services include:

• Pre-event planning and coordination
• Pre-event planning and coordination
• Venue identification and setup
• Basic technical support
• Participant coordination and protocol support
• Registration and attendance tracking (target: 50 participants)
• Catering/refreshments
• Facilitation flow support
• Event documentation (photography and short video)
• Post-event logistical reporting

Deliverables
• Successful delivery of one executive roundtable
• Coordinated venue and logistics
• Attendance register
• Photo and short video documentation
• Brief post-event report
